Review: Compact but Powerful - If you're buying this for solo/duo Live performance or music playback in a small to medium venue I think you will be very happy. First it's so light and easy to pack and transport - only took one trip from car to stage. Second, extremely easy to set up, plug-in, and start performing. I was using in a very large (200 capacity?) venue with about 60 people in attendance. Used for both voice/speaker and wifi-bluetooth to iPhone music playback. It could be easily and clearly heard throughout the venue. I am sure it would be the same if plugged in with mics/instruments. It took about 80-90% of volume to get there but I really did not need anymore. WIll update if needed after I use for Live performance. This was intended as a spare for my Bose L1 system but now it may be my "Go To".

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What does RMS stand for?**
A: Although not fullproof, RMS is a closer representation of the power pushing the speaker volume. 
Total power is deceptive as it measures all power being used, even all the random electronics inside that do not affect volume. 
So the closest apples to apples you can get when comparing volume capabilities between various speakers is RMS power.

**Q: What's the best and easiest way to separate the spacers / speaker once installed without giving myself a concussion? :p**
A: The sections loosen up with use. Until then, I remove the entire array and then separate them.

**Q: Do the speakers screech if a microphone gets too close?**
A: No because I didn't get that close to the speaker with the microphone. That will cause the feed back from the sound of the speaker being fed into the microphone which feeds back into the speaker. Also if the treble is too high will cause the feed back.

**Q: Could an acoustic duo use this system, meaning 2 inputs for vocals, 2 for guitar? Without having to bring in another mixer?**
A: You only have two combo inputs for guitar and vocal. You would have to use a additional mixer because the other input sources are only line level. You need a input for each microphone and a Hi-Z input source for your guitars. Unless you have amplifiers that you’re using separately for your guitars you could take a line out form your Guitar amp and feed that into the line and puts on inputs 3-4or 5-6.

### ⭐ Ok Bluetooth speaker, app issues.

I figured I’d give this speaker a shot since it’s light weight only to find out it’s sound is lacking. It sounds ok but I wouldn’t use this for anything other than a Bluetooth speaker. You will definitely need a subwoofer to augment the low end. The app failed me during a gig and been trying to to get it to work for the past few days and nothing. The message I get from the Home Screen is “Make sure you’re connected to the speaker via bluetooth”, which I am. I tried deleting the app, forgetting the speaker on blutooth and reconnecting restarted my phone and nothing. This speaker is pretty much useless now besides using it as a bluetooth speaker which the JBL party box’s are much better sounding than this and cheaper. Needless to say this speaker is not worth the price and is bound to fail. This speaker is only 2 months old and it’s over priced for its quality.
