I have tried other type specific hays and straws (more expensive brand leaders) but this is the one that my pet has preference for the most and it is excellent value for money. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Only received one bag when three ordered. What do I do now??**
A: Send a message to Amazon about the incomplete order. This happened to me. They don’t seem to deal with multiple orders well. They will put you in touch with the farm that the hay comes from and you will receive a refund for the 2 bales you didn’t receive if you explain that you only received part of the order. Good luck!

**Q: Why did I only recieve one bag ?**
A: It has happened to me on a previous occasion.  Just contact customer service and they will get the other two sent out.

**Q: How many bags do you get? The listing says 3 but all of the reviews say 1?**

I was unsure whether to spend extra and bulk buy but im so glad i did! The quality of the hay is great and its lasted us around 4 months so far saving us always having to pick up loads of bags of hay. Dust extracted (id say mostly because hay always crumbles down again eventuallu depending how the animal uses it) but its great dry fresh hay. Mixed hay. Natural colouring
