This is a good low cost laptop. The screen quality is also good, can't complain. The only annoying thing is that the keyboard is American. There isn't the £ sign above the 3 key, it's the # character instead.

Item arrived with no power leads so had to find one that would fit. There is no cooling system so it gets hot fast and could be a fire hazard so I don't trust it and wouldn't want to use for long periods. Arrived with a old version of Windows 10 so loads of updates to do. The keyboard is wrong so you have to find the @ key. This will be replaced very soon and this is a poor quality laptop.

Great product for the price.Excellent, *fanless*, work laptop. Nice and lightweight, build quality is decent, laptop looks great.Excellent performance. Only one start knocked off as the camera and microphone are quite poor quality. In addition, the charging lead is very short and does not have a power brick, it's straight from AC to laptop.I've only had it for 3 days but it's working great. I will update this review after a while to give a more long term review.

I submitted a good review after I'd used this for a few weeks but now, less than a year after purchase, I've just unpacked my replacement as this one died about a month ago. See the review from Alan dated 9th July; I had exactly the same happen but mine lasted 9 months (his lasted 5). Just as he described it crashed a couple of times then all I could get was the GRUB screen (maybe this is what he means by Blue Screen of Death?). I contacted the seller via Amazon (YooGoo EU) who replied asking me to email them direct but I kept everything via Amazon as recommended. They did the same as with Alan, said go to local dealer and they would refund any cost. My local dealer said to send it back - YooGoo said yes, fine, but I had to pay shipping (to China). Apparently that 1 year guarantee is actually only 3 months free shipping (but where is that stated on the page?). Tried all the GRUB fixes on youtube but nothing worked. We eventually tried putting in a different hard drive but that didn't work either (YooGoo suggested it may have come 'loose'). Decided for £220 I'd had some good use out of it and went back to my 10 year old Samsung until my new one (DELL) arrived at the weekend. Decided to stick with makes I know and suppliers from within the UK in future. It was cheap, the warranty isn't what I expected, the 24 hour on-line help is just a guy (or guys with the same name) answering emails from China.

Got it today, works really good, fast, slim, nice, comfortable keyboard very nice laptop, didnt expect it to be that good.

The keyboard is American which is a pain if you do work in pounds. The laptop sometimes goes into a shell state which is annoying. Generally does the job but only basics.

It seemed like a good deal till it went wrong after 6 months. It turns out it's a Chinese company even though the name is YouGoo EU and initially they said that if I got it repaired locally they would pay for the repair. Unfortunately the expert I took it to said it was not repairable as it was an obscure Chinese make. The company then said I would have to pay to send it back to China for repair as it was purchased just over 6 months ago. I sent them the invoice for having it looked at in this country (£15) and have heard nothing since.
