I found this very good.It was (fairly) easy to squeeze the blood out of my finger onto their collector and send it off to their lab. I then logged onto their website with the ID from my test, and sat back to wait. After not hearing anything from them, I emailed and they said that the sample had not been delivered, so they sent, with no charge, another test kit.When it had been analysed they sent me an email to tell me so, I logged on to their website and read the report, together with health advice.At first glance the test result was confusing, as it was expressed in German format, as a %, which did not conform to the UK format of, for example, 48 mmol/mol. But a quick Google gave me the conversion, some figures of which I will put here as a guide for other users.6.0% = 42 mmol/mol6.1% = 43 mmol/mol6.2% = 44 mmol/mol6.3% = 45.5 mmol/mol6.4% = 47 mmol/mol6.5% = 48 mmol/molMy result came out very much in line with previous NHS tests, so I guess that it was accurate.I was impressed that they sent me another test kit for free when the Post Office somehow lost my first one. But I'm a bit anxious when it comes to seeing a doctor, so I thought I'd try some home tests.That's what I did, and the results were positive. But I still wanted some closure on the matter, and for a professional test to be done. So I looked online, and found this from Cerascreen!Once you unbox it, it seems a little daunting and confusing. But it's actually really simple, and they provide clear, step by step instructions. The little blood extractor thing was harmless, and using the rest of the kit was easy.Once I was done, I packed it up, and stuck it in a postbox (a pre-paid envelope is included). About a week later I got an email to say my sample was in the lab, and a couple of days after that I got an email to say my results were ready.The results were positive for me! I would have liked some more, customized information in my report, but I guess what it includes is fine.
