The phone arrived quickly and was brand new in the box. We purchased to simply replace a Nokia 2v that was already on the Verizon Prepaid network. We were able to quickly get the phones switched and were using the new phone in a matter of minutes. We didn't have to call anyone, simply logged into our Verizon Prepaid account and input some data, then switched the sim card to the new phone. Paying the money to activate it on the prepaid network is harder than finding Bigfoot, the lock ness monster, and a unicorn at the same time. I’d rather have spent $1,000 on an I phone 14-1/2 than go through that again. I spoke to 7 different reps from Verizon and literally took four hours to get it started. I’m not even sure it works. Utterly stupid waste of time. NEVER again. As much as I dislike Verizon, I’ll never buy a phone elsewhere again. There is a decent chance I’ll smash it with a hammer and then go to Verizon and get whatever they can hand me while I’m there. I’ve gotta cut my losses somewhere.
