I contacted Mojo Outdoors and they gave me a shipping label to ship everything back. I shipped it out on a Wednesday and they had a brand new caller and remote to me on Saturday. The new remote is still working fine and it has lots of good effective sounds on it.The only thing I'm not crazy about on this caller is the built in tripod. It's kinda cheap and doesn't give you that much height. It does however have a place where you can screw in a tripod if you're looking to get more height and stability.I called my first coyote about a week after receiving my replacement unit.
