I won't go into details but I will tell you I'm usually a "once a day" type of guy in the morning after I've had my coffee. Royal Tea Cleanse had me going twice a day - no holding back either! I stopped drinking it after the first week just to give myself a break. I didn't drink any of the tea for 3 days. After starting again and just drinking 1 cup, I had to go 3 times the following day! I will say the first week you'll be "runny" so be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Things get a bit more productive the second week. Now for the effects... My husband and I have used it for years. Just 4 herbs make your digestive system work just right. It’s worth the price. **Q: How many cups does each bag make?** A: A bag makes a quart. I just drink one 6-8oz cup per day, or even every other day. So a quart (one tea bag) lasts 5 days to a week for me. They recommend 3 cups per day, but that is too much for most people unless you are close to a bathroom all day. **Q: Is this decaf?** A: I'm not for sure if it's decaf, but I would guess it is.
