I had no problem with service. Fast delivery. I just received the botanicals a couple days ago and haven’t used them yet. I have no reason to believe they won’t be as good as the Comfrey leaves I just ordered. I have infused the comfrey and used the oil to make a balm for my husband’s post surgical pain and inflammation of a rotator cuff repair. He grumbled about it for a couple days telling me it wasn’t working. I told him anti-inflammatories need consistent use and might take up to a week to really start feeling the benefits. On day 4, he texted me and said, “this ‘witchcraft’ stuff you made is working pretty good.” Needless to say he makes fun of me for making so many of my own healthcare and beauty products. This is the second balm I’ve made for him for ailments and both worked as I expected. Maybe he’ll start coming around soon. Thank you for a top quality product packaged in a top quality ziploc. Didn’t think much of this product

I have never used dried plantain, so this is a first. You can see that they do use the entire plant, not just the leaves. Which isn't a bad thing I just thought only the leave was used. As much as I prefer fresh plantain for its almost savory taste, this is almost just as good! I mixed this with other herbs, and am excited to try out different varieties of tea leave combinations.
