Tylo CMC powder will allow you to harden your sugar pastes or almond pastes to work better and use them in cake design. You can even make your own sugar paste or decorative elements with tylo powder. To harden your dough, add 1 teaspoon of CMC powder to 250 g of dough. To make edible sugar dough, use 1 dose of CMC powder for 30 doses of water.
