highly adjustable, big pockets on the side fit water bottles and snacks perfectly, and there's even a whistle on the sternum strap! Theres another pocket on the top flap which is hidden and has a zipper, and there's even an option to put a bladder in the top part. I used this when hiking in the alps, and it was perfect. very tough material, would recommend for anyone traveling or in need of an adjustable bag.
