Amazon has impressed me again. No one does it better.Unfortunately the drill itself turned out to be less than perfect. When I tried it I immediately noticed a grinding soundthat was intermittent. Furthermore, and perhaps related to this, the chuck isn't running true. I am sure the ball bearingis either defective or wasn't installed properly. But be that as it may, I was so impressed with this drill which has all the features I was looking for, and for a phenomenal price, I order a replacement rather than switching to another product. I have never done that before with a faulty product. Will see how this plays out. I will write an update when the replacement arrives.----------It is now the end of October and I will update my previous review (see above)The supplier shipped out a replacement which arrived within 2 days, an extraordinary feat considering that there was credit for the original delivery involved and the fact that I had not even returned the defective drill.It is not often that a supplier pulls out all the stops regardless of cost to satisfy a customer who was not happy witha product. This alone causes me to wholeheartedly endorse and highly recommend this supplier. They have made a believer out of me and I am sure I will do more business with them over time. And, by the way, the replacement drill works like a charm, on a par with drills I have bought over the years that more than twice as much.To clarify: I am not affiliated in any way with the supplier, gain no benefit from writing this glowing report and am strictly your average home owner who occasionally has to buy a power drill, just like many of you. ### ⭐ I never write reviews but going for cheap was not worth it *by R***7 on Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2020* I got this to drill 8 3/8ths holes in concrete. The drill died after the 2nd hole. It burned out and left an acrid 'burned plastic' smell in the garage where I was drilling into the slab. So now I have to go to home depot and spend like 3x more... but its my fault for going cheap. If you are drilling less demanding jobs it probably is ok, but for concrete forget it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cement walls are like drilling thru butter with this *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2020* Works so great!
