I had to wait a month for the first one to ship. It was literally on a slow boat FROM China. I didn't want to wait another month,so I went ahead and purchased this. It arrived promptly and the customer service was awesome helping me get it running. Not because there was anything wrong, just because I don't know much about 3d printing yet. Only knocked off one star because it doesn't fit the mounting on the printer I have and I had to rewire all my motors because the plugs weren't the same.
