I make sure to turn it inside out when I wash and dry it so it still looks brand new even though he wears it every single week. Shrinkage was minimal - I wash it in cold and dry it normally. The print/pattern is not stiff either, which makes a difference to my son due to sensory issues - this shirt is not 'scratchy' at all.
