**Q: Has anyone used these on a grass field and how did that work out?**
A: We have used these bases on both grass and dirt and they have worked out great.  They are sturdy bases.

**Q: How do you get rid of the slippery surface on the top?**
A: I did not do anything as far as the surface. Did not affect my sons play. We used for practice only

**Q: Where are these made?**
A: I just went out in the garage to check the box, they are made in Taiwan. I will tell you they are substantial and highly recommend them. My kids, Grands and husband used them playing kickball over the Easter weekend and they all gave a thumbs up.
