Only one time out of countless orders have I received anything but a great product.I have been using it for years and I know how to use it. There is a learning curve. I personally believe it works best on a fair completion with no foundation at all. I use it under eyes, on forhead lines and a fee around my mouth.Works well on everything BUT around the mouth. It does help though and I put it on a certain way and I use a little moisturizer if I get to much and it's looks white/powdery. I just get a little moisturizer on my finger and slightly dab it on after the product has completely dried. It reduces the look of the lines around my mouth but does not take them away. The product is best used under the eyes.Always take the product off/wash face every night before bed. It dries the skin out. So wash and use your wrinkle products at night.I just ordered again today.
