A: No activator is needed

**Q: After using, how long can i store it? And can i resue it as well? Its a big container. Does it have an expiration date ?**
A: I still have mine after months and it does have expiration date on it.

**Q: Is this better than box perms? I feel like box perms doesn't really take my hair anymore.**
A: I like this better than the boxed relaxers I buy in the store.

**Q: Can this product be used on African American women hair**
A: Yes, I am an African American.  It worked well with my hair and I used it on my beard and got the result I wanted at that time.  Just make sure with any relaxer that you don't  scratch  or other your scalp before placing  any chemical on it.   i'd purchase it again.
