I used to eat things like Lara Bars, but now that I'm off nuts, there aren't many options among the bazillions of "natural" bars that have flooded the market. The only other thing that's comparable to this is the That's It! fruit bar line, and of those the only one I'll eat is the Apple + Coconut because my blood sugar gets worked up if I eat pure dried fruit without any fat. That product is good, but Barnana banana-coconut bites are better. They're sweet but not cloyingly sweet; they're chewy and satisfying. They feel nutty and substantial and textured without actually containing any nuts. They are a bit expensive, but I find I don't need so many to feel satisfied.
