Have to learn to wrap your knees right
This is the third set of knee wraps I've purchased, I had this exact kind/brand before. I hadn't used these in a long time and they're much stiffer/steadier than I remember. If you don't wrap your knees right, or tuck the tail properly the dang things will come unraveled mid-set. I got spoiled using wraps with Velcro, but these seem much more supportive. It was definitely aggravating getting use to these again and keep the tail tucked in, but once I got the hang of it they're awesome. Just look at the product pictures to get the idea of it

helped my middle aged knees to squat "heavy" again
Taking inspiration from a popular fitness youtuber who talked about how wraps improved his knee health I picked these up as my knees started getting extra creaky and more sore than usual. I am not a competitive lifter just a regular person who lifts for fun and fitness , so heavy squats for me is anything more than 315. My numbers did not go up but my comfort after using these was way up. After a few weeks of squatting with wraps my knees started feeling better in everyday life. Maybe it is the compression, maybe it is the fact that I squat more and am building up more supporting tissue, who knows...but definitely improved my lifting and quality of life by reducing knee pain.Quality is good, price was right, from my amateur perspective these wraps are a win

Good support, would be better with velcro.
These are great but would be better if they had velcro to hold them in place rather than just tucking them in. I use them because I have had full knee replacements on both knees that were done 15 years ago and I will not go through that surgery again, even if they don't last (I've been told they last 12-15 years).

You may as well go ahead and buy them now.
So...I purchased these because of my patellar tendonitis. For starters, this is not a cure for PT. The knee wraps are huge. If you've got big/small legs, there is plenty of fabric to make sure your patellar is secure. I have noticed a significantly less amount of ache-yness when i squat. the material is fairly breathable. I've been using the wraps for about 2 weeks with no foreign odors. If you're neat with how you store things, the wraps will take up minimal space in your gym bag. My only complaint is that it may take you some trial and error to find out the perfect "fit" for you. I've been doing an "X" around my kneecap and that seems to be the best for me. Any other method for me is uncomfortable at the lowest squat point. I give it 4.5 stars (had to round up....at least that's what I was taught before they started teaching common core math).PROs:LightweightBreathablePackablePlenty of fabricSupportiveCostCONs:Can be uncomfortable at times

Great support and relieves knee pain when working out
I've always used a brace for my knees when doing squats, deadlifts and hack squats. but I was still feeling some pain and the support was not that great. I did research and found that a lot of people prefer using straps for their workouts instead of braces. I ordered these and the support is amazing. I'm able to do heavy workouts with these straps and I don't feel any pain. Highly recommend these especially if your a heavy lifter.

Way too short
Bought these knee wraps to help alleviate some of the arthritis pain in my knees during and after squatting. They are way too short for me. I can barely make one pass from below knee to top or above knee to bottom (depending on which way you like to do it). Either way there is no excess for multiple passes or for making a real secure tie off. I am a fairly big guy but I can't imagine these wraps working for even an average size guy. They might work for a super skinny guy but then again a super skinny guy is probably not lifting enough weight to need knee wraps.I realize that they told the length in the description when I bought them, but not having bought any myself before, it was hard to determine that 78" would be too short. Since it is my fault for not researching length more ahead of time I gave 3 stars where I would really give two stars. Save your money and buy a professional set from a weightlifting site. The way I look at it now, if you are at a place that you truly need knee wraps then you need professional ones. If you can get buy with cheap ones that are too short, you probably don't need them anyway.
