So it WORKS!!!! *by J***L on November 2, 2025* Really not a bad exercise equipment for less than $50. The instructions were pretty simple and finished assembly in less than an hour. I like how it gave me alternate exercises that I could use it for. All tools were provided for, too, which proved quite convenient bcus I didn't have to go looking for my toolset. You really needed only a screwdriver and an allen wrench. Interestingly enough, the screwdriver and allen wrench were both attached together back-to-back. Once again, very convenient. I'd also recommend adding or buying an Amazon yoga mat with this ab trainer purchase. I have included a photo of my completed ab workout station. To make the headrest, maybe, last a bit longer I wrapped it in plastic.
