Review: Great product - These are NOT like the Chinese bands that are made of inferior latex that handle stretch in a inconsistent way across the length of tension. For that reason, I’ve given it five stars. A lot of the bands you buy are made of this inferior latex that can be bought inexpensively from “overseas providers”. you should also know that these bands are shorter than the conventional bands. For me that actually works out well because it provides a variation tension from my regular length bands so I mix them in. Since I have a band gym in my house that I’ve built over a number of years I have become quite discerning on the types of bands I buy. There’s no way of knowing if you’re going to get those inferior latex bands or if you’re going to get the quality band that this product is until you buy it. Review: Great product - My first choice in purchasing a microband was from elitefts but including shipping, it was too expensive. So I gave this brand a shot and after 2 weeks of doing band pull apart's, they are holding up well. Seemed to be a sturdy product make in Sri Lanka. Of note: when they came, there was some white powdery residue (I imagine it was from the factory), similar to that of hand chalk that you'd use at the gym. A bit odd but I wiped it all off with a wet wipe. Second note: In the photo/product page, the logo 'Functional Fitness Bands' is printed on the band. The one I received only had a few generic numbers printed on the band. Again, not sure what the numbers mean but I actually don't care for logos and I'm glad you could hardly see the printed numbers. Hoping these bands hold up in the long run.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Versatility

The elastic bands have great versatility. We have the #2, #3, and #4. Since they are continuous and seamless, you don't have to worry about the band breaking apart or snapping back at you. I use the #4 as a pull-up assist band when I have 20+ pull-ups per set and the #2 when I have 10 or less pull-up per set. My husband and I both use the bands for tricep extension and bicep curl tabadas. Note that these bands are fairly long, so you have to have some significant stretch to get to the high end of the resistance on the band. We have found that having the #2, #3 and #4 resistance bands meets 90% of our needs. We also use a wide range of dumbbells so this is not our only source of resistance. They are a great essential to rounding out our home gym.
