Since the H4 conversions came with new buckets, I figured I'd go ahead and replace everything around the headlamp too, which was the right call because it was all rusted out and the existing adjusters were useless.In preparation for the change, I ordered a pair of these and a pair of the Dorman 42185 adjusters, as I wasn't sure which would fit for my application. I saw a review for these that mentioned they worked on a 98 Ford, but the 42185s looked closer to the original part. For five bucks a set I figured I'd order both and couldn't go wrong. Turns out they both worked, and I used both sets to replace the four adjusters on the bus, but these were slightly thinner than the 42185s and while they fit, they had a little more wiggle to them before being tightened. Can't comment on the long term quality, but hopefully these will be a set-and-forget for quite a few years. If I was more worried about corrosion I probably would have applied grease or anti-sieze to the threads, but it's a California car now and we don't see too much in the way of serious rust out here.TL;DR: These work ok in 1995 Ford medium duty buses and trucks with cowl hoods, but you'd be better off with the Dorman 42185 kit.
