## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is Polyblend non-sanded grout mildew resistant?**
A: No the grout is not Mildew resistant, after installation you should apply a sealer to the grout. Someone mentioned an additive that can be added during mixing but I have not tried that I just spray with sealer.

**Q: Is this a cement based grout? Should it be sealed?**
A: it is a cement type based grout.  Goes in nice and doesn't have the sand feel, but is jut like cement/sanded grout.  I believe
I added a chemical that had a sealer which was lifetime (or so it says) (found at lowes) so I didn't have to seal it.  That is sold separately, but can be added to the grout.  I've had it 5 years, no stains in the grout yet.  Still looks just as good as the first day.
