So I don’t need to check it out first. Also because I m almost 70 and disable I’ve had to change my Self Defense System to one that fits my condition and Me Franco always stresses that . I started out in 1971 with Tae Kwon Do and became a good kicker. Today I can hardly walk much less kick so that’s what I like about SAMMY S SYSTEM ITS geared so that anyone regardless of age or gender or physical abilities there’s always something u can use to help you to be able to defend yourself. I n 1971 my first Karate magazine there was a article in there about a man who was in the Vietnam war and lost both his legs and he was training in Karate and self defense. That taught me right then and there that there is NO EXCUSE WHY I could not be involved in martial arts some kind of way . Today I do a lot more reading and watching DVDs than physical workouts yet I still feel I’m part of the martial arts.
