As part of our protocol we wanted to debulk our waiting room and still in a user-friendly way meet the needs of our patients. The Pager Genius System has been the perfect addition to our practice. When our patients come to the receptionist they are given a Pager Genius pager and ask to have a socially distanced seat in our waiting room or take it to their vehicle and told they will be paged when it is their time to be seen.It has been well received by our patients. Its auditory, vibratory and flashing capabilities work seamlessly with our vision and hearing-impaired patients.Although we purchased our initial system on Amazon, we called Mr Bryan Bohlken at Pager Genius to ask for free custom logo stickers which could be applied to the pagers and he pleasantly and immediately extended to our organization that service even though it was not offered on the Amazon Website.I strongly recommend the Pager Genius paging system to anyone who is interested in finding a very user-friendly way to manage the flow and decrease congestion in a customer friendly way. Manual was pretty straightforward. It worked straight out of the box. I had one issue though: There is a choice to "beep and vibrate and flash" or "vibrate and flash" alone. The beeping is just too much and is disruptive... but the manual only told me how to use the "bep0" feature to silence the transmitter unit. Half of the beepers still beeped...I thought I might kill them! Obnoxious. Anyway, I googled "Genius System" and went to their website- which had a chat help feature - which "jumped me" over into a facebook messenger page. I described the problem, and immediately an answer was given. There are little buttons on the bottom of each pager.
