After I assembled the machine, it shows the back plastic cover does not match the frame with a half inch mismatch. When I start to use it, the left paddle makes a crack noise. The overall quality is rather disappointing. It's been over 5 months now. I normally use the machine once a week. The noise gets worse. If I adjust the stride, the whole machine creaks like crazy. The other thing is that the pipe that links the front and the back is in the way that separates the two paddles too far apart. I really wish if there is a way I can return it but it's heavy to move. This is truly gym quality, easy to assemble (despite some inaccuracies in the manual) and easy to use.
