I noticed a slight coconut flavor to the “plain” (from the coconut flour) the first time I tried it. I noticed it less the second time. I prepared it with butter and used a brown erythritol to sweeten and found it to be a really good keto version of cream of wheat. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Texture Unpalatable *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2020* Cooked fine and flavor was fine, it was the texture that really threw me off!
