Can you help? How much of each chemical is on each strip?** A: The Center for Precollegiate Education and Training at the University of Florida has a lesson plan and information on the chemicals. Search this sentence: "Ingesting too much PTC at once can cause thyroid damage, which is why it's important to limit the students' access to the taste strips." **Q: Are the papers for each tube colored differently or are they all white?** A: They are all white. Those colored papers are just inserts with the name of the chemical **Q: Hi, I see that the first two vials have 100 strips, but how many are in theVial of Thiourea Test Strips and Vial of Control (No Chemical) Test Strips?** A: zoom in on second picture...all four have 100 strips **Q: I've been looking for food grade sodium benzoate that is listed in the ingredients of things like nusugar, is this sodium benzoate it?** A: This is a litmus kits that can give you a hint of whether you are a super taster or not. I know the sodium benzoate strip tells the sodium content ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (great value) fun social activity for friends/family gatherings and for schoolchildren *by H***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 July 2017* loads and loads of test papers! (great value) fun social activity for friends/family gatherings and for schoolchildren. Some tasted 3, others tasted none. It would have been better if there were clearer instructions/explanations of what do the 3 different tastes mean; and if someone tastes 2 out the three, or 1 out of the 3 means? I had to google search for answers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2017* Fun to use with friends. I still didn't check the website to know everything in details but it's interesting that some people can taste something others can't. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy *by B***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 September 2017* Very easy to use, with clear instructions. ## Frequently Bought Together - EISCO Super Taster Test Kit - PTC Paper Strips with Biodegradable Box & Instructions - Lab Quality - Classroom Pack - PTC Paper, Sodium Benzoate, Thiourea, and Control (No Chemical), 100 Strips Each - Precision Laboratories PTC Paper Taste Test Strips for Super Taster Test - Vial of 100 - mberry Miracle Fruit Tablets, 10-Count (Pack of 2) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/149462500-super-taster-test-kit-phenylthiourea-ptc-sodium-benzoate-thiourea-control](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/149462500-super-taster-test-kit-phenylthiourea-ptc-sodium-benzoate-thiourea-control) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
