Color match is good compared to stenciled surplus 7.62 NATO cans. Latch is tight and gasket compression is good. The only questionable item is that the top carry handle is a little tight and doesn't lay flat when let go. Could be a fabrication or paint issue but not enough to worry about for storing ammunition. The handle feels as sturdy as any I've ever encountered. The thing I like most is the smooth, flexible rubber gasket on the inside lid liner, ensuring no moisture/dust can possibly enter the can when closed. It even came w/ a silica gel packet inside to keep those silver-tipped rounds pristine for when the Werewolf is at your door!Next time I need another can I will look to Boomstick first.
