This cane can be adjusted to fit most adults, from 5.5" ish to 6.6" ish, and is rated for up to 300 lbs. The brand and ergonomic handle was recommended by my physical therapist. It's not expensive, about $20. The only complaint I had was the ergonomic handle can't easily be hooked over a chair back/etc so I did have to pay attention when I sat down to make sure it didn't fall down. For me that wasn't much of an issue since I only needed it for a few weeks.
