I decided to skateboard again after 3 decades because my 9 year old is really enjoying his board and I thought it would be nice for us to ride together. Even though I showed him a few tricks on his Yocaher he was still scared I'd hurt myself so he asked me to go the "safe route" and get a long board. Poor lad is still learning. This board is sick. It's solid and ready to ride as soon as you take it out of the box. The trucks and wheels didn't need to be messed with, they were perfect. The wood selection for the board is great. The grip tape is...well it's grip tape...on a long board...not doing tricks, but it works to keep your feet planted. Super smooth and fast.
