This is my 2nd roll, first one lasted over a year.I had cartilage removal in my knee and this gives great support. I have a hard time wearing a knee brace because of my sciatic nerve. This does not irritate my sciatic.It is also easy to use, like putting on a bandaid.

Sticks considerably well compared to some other kt tapes i've tried. Does get a bit itchy and leaves red marks if i leave it on too long, but by too long i mean more than a day or even two, as opposed to other tapes lasting less than 24 hours, sometimes considerably less, before making me want to rip my skin off. So if you have sensitive skin/eczema like me, this is a good brand to use. Also, it doesn't do that annoying residue thing where like with a bandaid you get clothing lint buildup stuck along the edges that then stays stuck to your skin after peeling the bandaid off -- so that's a big plus for this.

This tape stays secured for a couple of days. It tends to curl at the corners and/or edges after showering once but it will stay on for the most part. Overall it's doing what it us supposed to do and I would buy it again if I need it once it runs out.

The tape has worked out fantastic, did exactly what it needed to do, it was a bit harder to get off, which I like. Taking it off in a hot shower is definitely my go to.

Adheres a little too well, often left with sticky residue or a missing layer of skin. Purchasing a skin safe adhesive remover to help.

Love this tape! It sticks well, but doesn't pull a whole lot when you pull it off. I can tell a difference when I use it. I actually have less pain and more stamina because of less pain. I imagine I'll be using this for a long time!

I play Pickleball. I got tennis elbow serving too much. Very painful. Physical therapist used this on it and it does not hurt at all when I play.

Usé este producto como auxiliar para aliviar el dolor provocado por una epitrocleitis (codo de golfista). La calidad me pareció muy buena, se adhiere bien a la piel sin maltratarla. Me permitió realizar mis actividades con menos molestia. Permaneció en su sitio hasta tres días (con baño de regadera 2 veces al día). En la alberca fué otra historia, sólo aguantó 1 hr. de entrenamiento, al final se despegó.

Excelente calidad tomando en cuenta el precio.La adhesividad es bastante buena.Las compré para uso personal.Después de cuatro días siguen en buenas condiciones.Aunque yo suelo hacer cambio cada tres dias.Si lo recomiendo. Especialmente si lo encuentras con descuento.Y si las volveré a comprar
