The PCB is well marked and should tell you everything you need to know and where all components go. Once we were done both clocks worked as advertised and could be adjusted. The buzzer/piezo speaker is LOUD. I recommend leaving the sticker over it to mute it a bit. It's a nice touch they include a USB power cord because many of these kits don't include any kind of power cord or battery box, and you have to fashion your own.
