So far everything has been good, I haven't put a lot through it, but it certainly allows me to use the Kitchenaid mixer for more than one function, making the space used far less. It's a LOT less work than a manual turn crank grinder, and a LOT less space than a dedicated electric grinder. Cleanup is easy, operation is easy, setup is reasonable...

This IMHO isn't the best meat ever but it makes for a good base for various sausages. I use this to grind up the pork and mix in my spices, it also works great for stuffing sausage casings for sausages like bratwursts etc... So far everything has been good, I haven't put a lot through it, but it certainly allows me to use the Kitchenaid mixer for more than one function, making the space used far less. It's a LOT less work than a manual turn crank grinder, and a LOT less space than a dedicated electric grinder. Cleanup is easy, operation is easy, setup is reasonable...
