Although the book did talk about some epic losses that Bloom suffered in his athletic career, but the book went a slightly different way than I had expected.Bloom does share some of his secrets of how he deals with failure and how he prevents them from allowing failure to get a grip on him and cripple his future endeavors.But instead of Bloom making his point in everyday life situations, Bloom uses various expiries in his business life to demonstrate how his failure fueled him to succeeded and how he took the lessons learned from past failures to succeed.Although the book was not what I had expected it to be, I did learn aolot of good business advice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very fascinating and informative book. *by B***7 on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 20, 2015* Jeremy Bloom was for several years the world's best skier, then a formidable NFL wide receiver and punt returner. The book begins with the author's extraordinary sports experiences then expands into how he used the same determination and will to win to develop his own internet company, and also how he expanded this awareness into the non-profit he manages and invests in. Although the author is one of the world's leading athletes, what comes across is a desire to pass on what he has learned, to help others improve not only their game, but their work and way of life. Very highly recommended also for anyone wishing to learn why some athletes reach astounding levels of success while others do not, and how the really great ones share this triumph with others.
