## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would this product be able to handle a hockey puck shot from across the basement?**
A: Not sure it would stand up to a flying hockey puck. It's made out of plastic. It works great for the application we use it for, a rather low-hanging attic space.

**Q: Would it survive a blow from a soccer ball?**
A: Would this be an accidental soccer ball contact or an environment with adult soccer ball kicking?  yes for the first, definite no to the second.  And I gave all of mine away because they did not fit the fixture or the bulbs I am using.

**Q: What tempetature will these melt at? I would be using this inside a snakr enclosure to rptect snake from burning itself.**
A: The material is an engineering-grade ABS. I don't have access to the material spec sheet at present, but the melt point is pretty high, somewhere close to 400 F. This is not a low melt, flexible plastic as used in most consumer packaging applications.

**Q: What is the length and width of the holes created by the cage?**
A: Hi,
I apologize for the delay in responding. The diameter of the cage is 6 inches and the length is 5.75 inches. I'm somewhat confused by the term "holes created by the cage". Do you mean the size of the lattice-type, square holes that constitutes the cage?
