I've been wearing it around the house barefoot for the last day and a half (since it arrived) and it provides exactly the support I needed when I'm not wearing shoes (which already have an arch support insole).I was concerned when it arrived, because there were some loose threads in the package, but they seem to have been extras that were trimmed and not completely cleared away. The material itself is in good condition, and the fact that the edges aren't hemmed means there's less irritation for the foot itself. The only stitched seams on the sole of the foot are around the support pad itself, and it does slide easily into shoes.
