I'm sure they are cut roomy for extreme freedom of movement but holy smokes! I first ordered a large because that's my t shirt size. I could have made a pup tent out of that thing. Fortunately, Prime offers easy return/replacement and, one day later, I had the same shirt in a medium. Still a bit big, but usable. I don't fish but I live in Florida and I carry concealed so, a little roomy is OK.
