The decal came with easy to read instructions. I also have quite a bit of experience with decal application on car windows, which is what I got this for. My problem came when applying the decal to the window. I followed all the steps and tips. Tried to be extremely careful and still the decal was sticking to the transfer sheet badly. In fact the top of the decal peeled off of the adhesive layer in places and then wouldn’t lay down. This did not work for me and I ended up having to completely remove it. The good news is that this may have just been a one-off and the company was very responsive and professional. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose a refund and they issued it to my Amazon account very quickly. So, the product I received: 5 stars for style and 1 star for ability to apply.
