I used it for several weeks to keep active while my PCL injury (from hyperextension) healed on my Left side. I read the other reviews and found the instructions a little difficult to understand (it's made in Korea). I just went through the instructions slowly and used the pictures and it is actually very simple to apply correctly. It is made of very good material, light and not too small for my average sized knee. I have a similar problem on the right side from time to time thanks to burrowing animal holes so have ordered this same brace for the right side too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feels Great *by A***R on July 5, 2019* I don't have a left PCL and this brace is one of the best I've tried!
