Which tells me that not only does it help protect my elbow during play, it actually helps promote healing of my elbow while I am playing. It also stretches great, I have been working upper-body three times a week and have seen a noticeable difference in the size of my arm all around (originally, I was on the smaller end of a large) and it stretches to my arm's form perfectly.
