Just pop it in the charger, tune your stereo to the same frequency that comes up on the device, connect your phone to it via Bluetooth and you're good to go. Sound quality isn't bad for the price. Sometimes there is a crackle. I can get past this, sometimes it's not there at all, sometimes it's very obvious. The sound isn't tinny at all. I don't find it any good for making calls really. Due to the faint crackle, people who you call can hear this on their end. It has a charging usb port within it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
