The recipe consists of 80 percent yellow chilli pepper (scotch bonnet) extract and 20 percent olive oil. It is one of the only chilli sauces available from Rwanda commercially. It has a nice, unique flavour to it. For chili heads like me it takes at least 10 drops before I get a small, subtle kick, which is why warmth star rating is a 3 for me. I mix it into purees such as garlic & tomato. I then spread this mix onto biscuits/add to couscous etc... It is possible that it is made up of a combination of oils, but that I can not confirm that. **Q: How do I open the seal on the lid? I have it on my subscribe & save. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Akabanga BANGS *by A***R on 26 November 2019* Wonderful taste, and the right amount of kick for me. Gives me the flavour of Africa/Nigeria, an I love it! I pour this into smaller pocket size bottles and take with me everywhere to use. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the hole through the cap where the oil is supposed to come out of was completely sealed meaning I had to remove the whole cap to use. I put that down to a dodgy batch.
