A colleague had this book, after flipping through a few pages, I decided to buy it. It has some great exercises to rekindle your creative mind. When choreographing a lot, it can be easy to fall into the same patterns or simply get trained/blocked. This is a great book for a refresher on composition as well as a great tool for teaching my students how to choreograph.
