Great Customer Service.
So I didn’t get the arrows but that is my fault entirely. So I ordered them because I needed good high quality arrows. I ordered them and it said they would arrive in a week. I checked the next day and it said 2 months. I was in the wrong and mad. You see I was in no rush but the quarantine for covid 19 had just started and the virus was just barely getting super bad. I was so mad I went and it looked like I couldn’t cancel the order. I emailed them and they had amazing customer service. I’ll admit I didn’t say the nicest of things and they put up with it and was still kind. That does not mean you can treat them like crap. I now am sorry for the way I behaved and apologized to them. They were great and had amazing customer service. I will probably buy this when I get back into work and am making money. Recommend this company.
