Truly protect the eyes from the strain of staring at bright screens all day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fairly comfortable and inexpensive, one drawback *by R***J on April 22, 2021* I've used some orange-tinted blue-light glasses since 2018, but wanted extras so I'd hopefully avoid losing them or forgetting them, toting back and forth. Those are product # B073VXZVQ3. This is more of a comparison because I use both sets daily. The comparison may not be fair because those are nearly 2x the cost of these, and they are different colors, so just be mindful of that. These glasses are harder to keep clean. It may be the material or color, but I am regularly in need of wiping them off to clear smudges that interfere with use. The material coating the lenses, or maybe it's just the lenses themselves, have an unevenness to them -- there are noticeable differences in the color across the lens -- splotches of lighter and darker. It's very subtle and I'm unsure if it makes any difference in how well they work, or maybe that's how they actually work to begin with. It's not something I notice when wearing them, rather when looking at them from a distance in the light. I bring this up as it doesn't seem right, but I'm not familiar enough to say it's a fault. They are fairly comfortable. I haven't worn them for long stretches as I am constantly running around between staring at multiple screens (where I take them off), but I've not noticed any pain or anything rising to discomfort while using them. They are not as comfortable as my orange-tinted glasses because of the differences in fit on my head, but they are lighter. They seem to make a difference in eye strain / headaches -- wearing them vs not wearing them when working in front of screens over time. With the supplied blue light laser, you can see that the blue light turns to purple and it's less intense when shining through the lens. I tried this on my orange-tinted glasses, though, and no visible blue light passed through. I'm guessing that's due to the color. These glasses are far superior to orange-tinted glasses for clarity. I was looking for some cheaper blue-light glasses and they fit the bill. At around $10 per pair they seem like a good value.
