Excellent chili powder for all cooking
Gearhart chili powder is a mess when I make my tamales and enchiladas. They do not carry it in very many stores anymore. It is fabulous to be able to just go on Amazon and find this great product. It has so much flavor. Over 50 years ago my mother-in-law taught me how to make tamales and she said you always have to have a couple of bottles of this when you make a gravy for the tamales. I am known for making outstanding tamales.

Holidays are not complete without tamales!
We grew up with a particular flavor for family tamales and they just cannot come out perfect without Gebhardt brand Chile powder in the recipe!!!Not enough stores carry this brand.
