**Q: Can a regular booklight work?**
A: If it has a way of clipping onto the GBA it will work but it won't be powered by the actual GBA. You will need to use whatever type of battery the light uses. Even if you have to tape it on, it will still work to illuminate the screen. The snake light actually plugs into the GBA and runs off of the GBA power.

**Q: does it need batteries**
A: no,the power supply comes from the game player battery.

**Q: is the light yellow or white that shines on the the color of the worm**
A: The one we bought gives off white light.

Easy to attach to my game system; grandson is able to attach and remove for storage easily. It is easy to adjust and move into whatever position you might need; it does leave a small glare on the screen so finding that perfect position is a must. I like that both the boys could use it, so much that we had to buy a 2nd.
