Some notes were out of tune but that can be easily tuned with the tuning hammer (of, course you should have ears to know that it is out of tune, and to hammer it to the correct pitch). The sound is soothing. Even if you just play random notes, it is pleasant sounding like a wind chime. Serves a a beautiful decor too.
