You can also do temp calibration for a different K type sensor if you change it, but the Fieldpiece one was dead on while calibrating to ice water. Very nice silicone leads too, other companies just send PVC ones and you have to buy the upgraded silicone ones later, included here. Also a really nice carrying case included. It just has everything, and all the accessories included vs having to buy them later. Very accurate and reliable.
