Review: Great product - Brilliant for good stopping. Very occasionally I will nick a dogs black nail when trimming and this will stop it bleeding in its tracks. Dogs don’t seem to mind it. Much better than the blood stop power and less messy.

**Q: is it just for veterinary usage or can it also be used for man?**
A: Just for vet usage

**Q: How is this pen used?**
A: If you accidentally clip the dog’s nails too close to the quick and they bleed, moisten the end of the silver nitrate pencil with water and roll it over the end of the bleeding nail until it is sealed and stops bleeding. Be very careful to keep the pencil away from all sensitive areas including tbe skin as this pencil is caustic and works by burning and sealing.

**Q: How long does it last for? How many applications? Can you use it more than once?**
A: I've found it lasts for 5-6 applications, it's not that it runs out but because the tip breaks off at the base where you make it wet. You can see the base of the product becoming thinner.

**Q: Does this hurt or sting**
A: It’s just like a pen it doesn’t sting or hurt when you put it on your own skin but not sure for animals lol

I am using it to help remove my dogs warts it’s a slow process but getting there would be more helpful if the silver nitrate was put in a pen like applicator so you could have the length you need I found that the end breaks easily
